- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

- Any additional charges such as octroi, entry tax, or local levies (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

6. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
- If accepted, kindly record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at toyotoneaudio@gmail.com with photos/videos for assistance.
7. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
